At OasFams™, we want customers to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing our music decor goods. This policy explains how we review return requests that meet our requirements and how refunds are handled after an eligible return is approved.

30-Day Return Window

If your item does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. Whenever possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, is required for all return requests.

Some products may not be eligible for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. OasFams™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by OasFams™.
